"ordering was easy overall, but the checkout..."
ordering was easy overall, but the checkout felt a little slow. My confirmation email took a bit to come through too, so for a minute I wasn’t totally sure the order had gone through. Nothing awful or anything, just not as smooth as I expected. I’d still order again if I needed to, but hopefully it’s a little quicker next time.

"A Little Expensive for What It Was"
The order itself was totally fine, so I’m not upset or anything. I just kind of expected more for what I paid. The quality wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t really feel worth the price to me. Then shipping got added on top, and suddenly it felt like a lot for something average. But you know, it’s fine...

"A few decent parts, but not the best experience"
The quality was just okay overall. Some things were fine, but nothing really stood out. What bothered me more was that I felt kind of talked down to when I had questions, which made the whole experience feel less positive than it could’ve been.

"My dog liked it, but it’s not perfect"
My dog seemed to really enjoy this food, and I was glad there weren’t any tummy issues after eating it. You always worry a little when switching foods, so that was a relief. The only downsides for me were the shipping, which took a bit longer than expected, and the price feels a little high for what you get. Overall, I’d say it’s decent and my dog was happy with it, but I’m not totally blown away.

"Slow replies didn’t exactly build my trust"
I had to wait days before anyone got back to me, which was frustrating. By the time I finally got a response, I already felt like customer service wasn’t really on top of things, and it made me a bit skeptical about relying on them if something more serious came up.

"Delivery is taking forever"
I’m still waiting on my order and there hasn’t been any real shipping update. To make it more frustrating, I keep getting asked to verify things over and over, but nothing actually moves forward. the whole process has been annoying.
